We stand behind every Innera product completely. If you are not satisfied with your results within 60 days of receiving your order, we will refund you in full. No questions, no hoops, no fine print.


How It Works

Purchase any Innera product and use it consistently for up to 60 days. If you do not see a visible difference in your skin, simply contact us at info@inneracare.com within 60 days of your delivery date and we will process your full refund.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 60 day guarantee, your request must be submitted within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. The product must have been used as directed — consistent use of 3 to 5 sessions per week is required to fairly assess results. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@inneracare.com with your order number included.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 60 days of use, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@inneracare.com with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.


Return Shipping

For change of mind returns outside of the 60 day guarantee window, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or damaged products, Innera covers all return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
